Micro Sea Beans™

Micro Sea Beans™ have thin, succulent dark green leaves and a mildly salty, juicy flavor reminiscent of the sea. Originally grown in coastal salt marshes, our micro version is much less salty than the full-sized green. Use these as a wonderful accompaniment to all types of seafood, especially salmon, sea bass, and halibut.
